Hindi Sales University® is a private educational initiative founded by Avijit Ghosh with a mission to make practical sales, marketing, branding, and communication education accessible in simple Hindi language.

At the age of 17, Avijit Ghosh entered the field of sales and gradually realized a major gap in traditional learning systems: Many people had ambition and motivation, but lacked practical business skills that could be applied in the real world. After years of direct field experience, he started an independent educational initiative with one clear objective: To simplify sales, marketing, communication, and branding education for ordinary people in their own language. Hindi Sales University® was built as a long-term educational mission focused on skill development, communication ability, and entrepreneurial awareness.
The journey began in 2019 with Bangla Network Marketing University, a digital educational initiative created to spread practical sales and marketing awareness among regional audiences. The platform started through online educational content designed to simplify communication, sales psychology, and marketing fundamentals.
On 13th March 2022, Avijit Ghosh achieved a world record recognized by the International Book of Records for: “Maximum Marketing and Sales Training Videos Uploaded on YouTube in a Single Day”. The achievement was accomplished from Durgapur, where 101 educational marketing and sales training videos were uploaded within a single day. This milestone reflected the platform’s commitment toward accessible digital business education.
As audiences from across India connected with the educational mission, the initiative expanded nationally and evolved into Hindi Sales University®. The objective became broader: To create a sales-aware, communication-skilled, and economically empowered India through practical education in Hindi.

He uploaded 101 training videos about Marketing and Sales on YouTube in a single day and has set a new world record for the International Book of Records.
The award ceremony, was held at The Castle of Art Theater, Delhi NCR on 11th November, 2022. Honorary Doctorate Award (Honoris Causa) was Given to Avijit Ghosh from West Bengal state for his contribution in the field of Character Development and Sale & Marketing.
